BON BON Assistant Venue Manager - Salary $70k - $85k (based on experience/qualifications) plus benefits.
Sydney’s newest and most exclusive adult entertainment venue is looking for an experienced and trustworthy hospitality professional to join our team of fun-loving individuals to ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
Venue – The new, fully refurbished luxury venue, in one of Sydney CBD’s beautiful heritage buildings, oozes with style and sets the stage for our top-class performers and entertainers. Serving premium drinks with refined service.
The Role –
Our ideal candidate would have at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, have a can-do attitude, and places guest experience first.
They should be committed to building a sense of belonging to team members and performers, inspiring their passion for delivering excellent service and understanding our guests' needs whilst creating an enjoyable and respectable work environment.
Bon Bon is licensed until 4 am, so experience or a willingness to work in a late-night venue is required.
We'd love a dedicated team player looking to further their career whilst supporting the growth of the venue.
As Bon Bon's Assistant Venue Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in managing a close team of fun-loving individuals to ensure that they are consistently delivering an exceptional experience to our guests.
- Working closely with our staff and performers to maintain a professional, safe and enjoyable working environment
- Cash handling and reporting
- Completing and/or overseeing nightly venue report
- Communicating with suppliers and service providers, e.g. security, cleaners.
- Maintaining a vibrant and inviting atmosphere, ensuring the venue is always immaculate.
- Scheduling entertainer shows and managing staff on shift
- Building relationships and creating rapport with VIP guests
- Prepare FOH rosters in accordance with the relevant industry & business requirements
- Demonstrate accountability and take personal responsibility for the success of the venue
- Ensure the delivery of excellent and professional guest service at all times
Requirements:
- Trustworthy and dedicated with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven experience at a supervisory level or in a similar role in the hospitality or customer service industry
- Adhere to strict management practices of RSA, hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate, preferably advanced RSA or willingness to complete.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts as required by the business
- Computer literacy and competency using Excel or Google Sheets
Great to have:
- Previous experience in a hospitality environment or late-night venue
- Advanced RSA certificate
