What will you do?
Assist the Building Manager with daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery, adherence to procedures, and operational excellence, including acting as Relief Building Manager when required.
Facilitate day-to-day on-site operations, including signing contractors in/out, site communications, site administration, and resident relations.
Support contractor visits and site tasks, including signing in contractors, assisting with inspections, and addressing basic resident inquiries.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with governance policies, keeping site-specific information up-to-date and easily accessible.
Provide support to the Administration team during peak periods by scheduling contractors and maintenance work, obtaining quotes from suppliers, and other administrative activity to help maintain workflow and service standards.

Ideally, you will have
Experience in administration and Microsoft Office.
Good organisational skills, high standard of written communication, and good initiative.
Experience in hospitality or construction industry will be highly regarded but not essential.
Experience in handling issues involving building issues, administration and communications.
