Milestone Support Services is seeking a driven and detail-oriented NDIS Compliance & Office Administrator to join our expanding team. In this hybrid role, you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and the overall coordination of day-to-day office operations.
We support some of the most vulnerable people in our community—including those transitioning from corrections and hospital settings—and your work behind the scenes will have a direct impact on the quality of care they receive.

Milestone is a Sydney-based NDIS provider specialising in transitional accommodation and supports for participants with psychosocial disabilities, dual diagnoses, complex behaviours, and high-intensity needs. With over 10 supported properties and more opening soon, our mission is to provide a safe foundation for people to build a better life.
Key Responsibilities
As our NDIS Compliance & Office Administrator, you’ll manage:
Onboarding & Compliance
Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding of support staff and internal roles
Conduct screening, interviews, reference checks, and issue contracts
Maintain up-to-date staff records (NDIS checks, WWCC, police check, First Aid, etc.)
Track expiring credentials and follow up for renewals
Ensure compliance with NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission standards
Assist with internal training and induction processes
Office Administration
Be the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
Maintain digital and physical filing systems
Order supplies and assist with invoice organisation and scheduling
Coordinate office calendars, room bookings, and meeting arrangements
Assist in preparing reports, policies, and audit documentation
Support the management team with ad-hoc tasks and admin projects
What We’re Looking For
Experience in onboarding, recruitment, HR, or admin (NDIS experience highly desirable)
Familiarity with NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Compliance
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and cloud storage
Friendly, professional communication style – written and verbal
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and a proactive, team-first mindset
