The Role:
We require an experienced professional with client relationship and accounts processing experience in the disability sector, to join our expanding team as an NDIS Customer Relations Officer. You will work closely with NDIS participants, support coordinators, providers, support workers and allied health providers to ensure our participants receive personalised, consistent and professional advice.
Responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining established relationships with NDIS participants, Support Coordinators and NDIS providers, including Local Area Coordinators
Responding to all enquiries, electronic and verbal, in a professional and efficient manner
Using our purpose built CRM to maintain accurate records of all enquiries and communication
Provide advice and guidance on the NDIS pricing arrangements and price limits to ensure our clients make informed choices and maximise their funding in accordance with their NDIS goals and budget
Maintain current knowledge of the NDIS and plan management and ensure compliance with NDIS legislation
Deliver all advise in a personalised and empathetic manner to maximise client satisfaction and retention
Proven data entry and accounts experience
Accurate and efficient data entry to assist with processing of accounts in a timely manner based on NDIS pricing arrangements and price limits
Responding to all accounts enquiries, electronic and verbal, in a professional and efficient manner
About You:
You will have strong experience in the delivery of customer-centred care and a commitment to utilising Alpha Plan Management’s systems, to achieve delivery in a timely and professional manner is critical.
To be successful, you will demonstrate the following:
Essential
Experience in accounts payable and delivering exceptional customer service, ideally in NDIS Plan Management
Demonstrated experience in data entry in a financial setting
Prioritising a person-centred and positive outcome focused approach for all participants interactions
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to maintain relationships at all levels
Strong attention to detail, time management, problem solving and organisational skills
Proficiency to sue multiple technology platforms and client management systems
Desirable
Experience working in a NDIS environment or supporting people with disability and/or their families
Certificate III in Disability would be advantageous
Cert IV in bookkeeping and accounting
