Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Consultant to join our delivery and fulfilment department. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in a registered NDIS provider within operations, management, or compliance, exceptional organisational skills, and a deep understanding of the NDIS landscape. This role will be responsible for delivering our core products and services to individual clients, maintaining excellent customer service, and providing expert guidance and support.

The successful candidate will work closely within a dynamic team, report directly to senior management, and be instrumental in driving the success of our delivery and fulfilment operations.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a range of market-leading services and supports.
  • Maintain excellent customer service while delivering our core products to individual clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact (source of truth) for all your clients.
  • Provide expert guidance and support over the phone and in video meetings.
  • Work autonomously and be accountable for planning and managing your own workload.
  • Assist and educate clients to solve specific problems they face as NDIS providers.
  • Consult on an ongoing basis to resolve issues as they arise.
  • Host online group workshops on a range of topics within our P+ Community to support ongoing education and learning.
  • Assist with service delivery related to NDIS Registration and Audit.
  • Coordinate documentation using our online systems.

Requirements

  • Extensive Experience: Proven experience working at a senior or management level within a registered NDIS provider.
  • NDIS Standards Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of the NDIS Practice Standards, Code of Conduct, and compliance requirements.
  • Audit Knowledge: In-depth understanding of NDIS audit processes and requirements.
  • Customer Service Excellence: High standards in general, particularly around customer service and overall customer experience.
  • Solutions Driven: Ability to think on your feet and deliver the best solutions to clients within the alignment of the product scope.
  • Charismatic and Engaging: Strong presentation skills for delivering workshops and engaging with clients.
  • Highly collaborative, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experience and achieving customer objectives.
  • Highly organised with strong administrative skills.
  • Tech-savvy and capable of working in a remote environment on multiple platforms.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously from home with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for customer service and helping people.
  • Reliable phone and internet access.

  • Proven experience managing or working at a high level within an NDIS business.
  • Ability to communicate the complexities and requirements of operating a successful and compliant NDIS business.
  • Best in class customer service skills.
  • Proactive, autonomous, with personal high standards in delivery.

  • Strong self-management and motivation skills.
