About the role:

We are seeking a meticulous and knowledgeable Compliance Officer to ensure our business remains compliant with all NDIS Commission policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the business complies with NDIS regulations and standards.
• Monitor staff adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Keep the company updated with any changes in NDIS policies and ensure proper implementation.
• Manage and handle company paperwork, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Conduct regular compliance checks and audits.
• Assist in policy development and staff training on compliance matters.
• Liaise with government agencies regarding compliance requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience in compliance with government agencies, specifically within the NDIS sector.
• Strong knowledge of NDIS legalities and policies as outlined by the NDIS Commission.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex regulatory information.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
