We’re seeking a motivated, skilled, and experienced Leading Hand Carpenter to join our team. As a Leading Hand, you’ll play a crucial role in our projects, taking the lead on-site and guiding our crew to ensure top-notch results. Your work will be central to our mission to create beautiful, lasting homes in Sydney’s premier suburbs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise on-site carpentry tasks, ensuring quality and efficiency
• Plan and coordinate project stages, including pre-starts with the team
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers
• Read and interpret plans and drawings accurately
• Ensure safety standards are met and maintained on-site

About You:

• Trade qualification in Carpentry with significant hands-on experience
• Proven leadership skills in a construction setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Effective communicator, organized, and proactive
• Current White Card and driver’s license
