Short Summary:

As the Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will work to establish trusted advisor relationships with clients, helping them enhance employee engagement and improve overall employee wellness through the digital solution provided.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the National Manager of Customer Success, the CSM quarterbacks the strategic planning, managing, and measuring the ongoing success of their client base.

Maintain a current business pipeline while continuously looking for opportunities to build on the current pocketbook through upsell of additional services.

Maintain the highest level of client loyalty by developing relationships with appropriate stakeholders in the business.

Confidently demonstrate the portfolio of services available to clients and use of the digital platform.

Conduct ongoing business reviews that measure client success and build on current pocketbook with upsell of services.

Provide client feedback to internal stakeholders to help drive product and operational improvements.

Work closely with the internal operations team to internally to drive sale closure internally.

Be a client advocate and find new ways to add value to the Client.

Manage and negotiate the renewal process on contracts when required.

Job Requirements

As well as being a highly trusted relationship builder, passionate about helping clients succeed, and someone who thrives in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment, your profile will look like this:

3-5 years' experience in Account Management, business development, or other customer-facing relationship roles

A sales or client relationship role within healthcare, superannuation, mental health, or health insurance would be considered.

An ability to understand digital platforms or a level of tech savviness

Confidence when speaking and presenting to clients

Proven effectiveness within corporate environments and dealing with senior leaders of a business.

Ability to work autonomously whilst being part of a wider team

Proficient with the tools of the trade (including Microsoft Office Suite)

Organisational aptitude and accountability to follow up through.
