Customer Success Manager - Enterprise SaaS - Sydney - $160k-$180k + Super

This role has great career growth potential for the right candidate. You will be joining a recently acquired SaaS business who also have a capable professional services & customer implementation capability which you would be leading, with 3 direct reports. They already have a very well-established client base and strong pipeline of Enterprise work. There are over 20 people in the team made up of Software Engineers, PMs, BAs & Product.

The business is going through growth and have created this role to help uplift the maturity of their delivery processes across client projects. You will be managing people internally, running 3-5 concurrent software delivery projects at any given time and be very involved with the customer as part of pre-sales and workshops etc.

This role requires a strong communicator and leader who knows what good software delivery projects should look like with regards to process, documentation and commercials i.e accurate scoping & pricing of projects end-to-end.
