We are seeking an accomplished Senior Hardware Engineer to lead the development of cutting-edge electronic systems from architecture through production. General Competencies
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
8+ year of experience in designing electronic hardware systems, including analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits.
Proven great experience in prototyping, testing, and validating hardware systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of electronic principles and components.
Strong knowledge of EMC/EMI standards and safety compliance requirements (e.g., FCC, CE, UL).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Specific Technical Competencies
Proficiency in designing highly-reliable analog circuits, high-speed digital circuits( DDR3/4/5, PCIe, USB3.0, Gigabit ethernet, HDMI and so on)
Strong experience on varied ARM MCU and MPU (Cortex-M0/M3/M4/M7/M33, Cortex-A53/A72)
Proven experience on RF design (Antenna impedance matching) and RF testing (output power, sensitivity) in broad RF wireless systems (BLE, WiFi, LoRa, Cellular)
Expert on using Altium Designer/365 or equivalent CAD software to design multi-layer PCB boards(2 layer ~16 layer)
Proficiency in operating varied test instruments such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers to debug and analyze circuits
Great experience in signal integrity, power integrity, and thermal performance analysis.
Proven work records in developing and executing comprehensive test plans for design validation and verification.
Great experience on conducting compliance testing regarding EMC (RCM, CE, FCC, IC)& Safety standards(IEC62368-1, UL)
Comprehensive in reliability testing (e.g., HALT, HASS) to ensure long-term durability.
Expert on optimizing designs for DFM/DFT.
Excellent in creating detailed design documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and test reports.
Comprehensive in leading hardware design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
Proven ability to mentor team members and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Keen on staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Initiative to Identify opportunities to improve hardware design processes and product performance.
