This role involves selecting and integrating test system, developing test software, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet specifications and standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering, programming, and testing methodologies.

General Competencies

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience with CAD tools for mechanical design (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Proven great experience in electronics design and prototyping.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of electronic principles and components.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  

Specific Technical Competencies

• Proficiency in designing and building mechanical fixtures and electrical test jigs.
• 5+ years of experience in test jig development, ATE design, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with PXI systems and modular instrumentation.
• Proficiency in NI LabVIEW, TestStand, and other test automation software.
• Strong understanding of high-speed digital and RF testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with schematic capture and PCB design software (Altium).
• Excellent Experience with microcontroller programming and window-based PC software development using C, Python, Labview.
• Good knowledge and understanding of cloud technology.
• Good developing experience on database-based applications using SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle and so on.
• Proven experience with CAD software such as Fusion 360, AutoCAD and so on.
• Understanding of electronic equipment manufacturing and testing processes.
