What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily commercial and e-commerce operations to ensure efficiency
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Drive e-commerce growth through system improvements and engagement strategies
• Manage inventory, logistics, and commercial accounts to support business success
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
• Manage a dynamic team of 3-4 team members
