As the E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our online store, driving revenue growth, and improving customer experience.
You will work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and logistics teams to enhance site performance, streamline inventory management, and implement best-in-class e-commerce strategies.

What You’ll Do:
● Oversee the day-to-day management and performance of our e-commerce website (Shopify Plus preferred).
● Optimise conversion rates (CRO) through A/B testing, UX/UI enhancements, and data-driven decisions.
● Manage product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to drive sales.
● Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Hotjar) to track performance and optimise sales funnels.
● Collaborate with marketing to enhance personalisation, automation, and retention strategies.
● Align inventory and demand forecasting with sales trends to prevent stock issues.
● Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, GDPR, and e-commerce best practices.
What You’ll Bring:
● 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management (preferably Shopify Plus).
● Strong understanding of SEO, CRO, UX/UI design, and digital marketing fundamentals.
● Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and A/B testing tools.
● Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and drive strategic decisions.
● Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with logistics & fulfilment teams.
● A passion for innovation and staying ahead of e-commerce trends.
