OCAM 4x4 Accessories is looking for a new addition for the North Lakes 4509 Branch. We are looking for someone who is motivated and loves the offroad and camping industry and can work in a FAST paced environment.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a mixed role involving a wide range of E-Commerce customer service and sales support. Assisting with online enquiries via CRM systems and phone calls. Experience with an existing CRM, Shopify, Neto, EBAY is neccessary. You could also discuss which skills you have which are transferrable to this position even if you do not meet all criteria. Being computer based a high level
Office Based / Sales Support tasks will include
Experience with Neto/Shopify or similar CRM system is essential. Please only apply if you meet this requirement.
Experience and confidence in online (emails or live chat) and phone customer or client service is essential. Please only apply if you meet this requirement.
Experience with e-Commerce is essential.
Reliability is key: You will consistently deliver high-quality service, ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed promptly, accurately and on time with minimal supervision.
A friendly and professional phone manner with a customer-first approach.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive problem-solving ability and can-do attitude towards customer service.
This is a full time position with 6 months probation period
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM
Saturday 8:30AM- 12:30PM Once a month
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a team player who;
• Has prior experience as a store person or sales support assistant (or preferably both)
• Is quick on the uptake – to learn where stock is located and the procedures that need to be followed.
• Is customer focused and enjoy dealing with people.
• Has a proven ability to meet deadlines and multitask.
• Is computer literate and ideally has knowledge and experience (or the ability to rapidly acquire it) with using software such as marapost and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Thrive in an active, team-orientated workplace where the emphasis is on making things happen.
• Gets on well with a wide range of people
• Enjoys being part of a team
Experience in the E-Commerce Automotive Aftermarket Accessory or related industry is necessary!
