Page Bros RV, located in Moorabbin, is one of the country's largest Caravan Dealers, selling Jayco - Australia's leading brand of Recreational Vehicle.

We are seeking a reliable, outgoing and conscientious person to be our customers 'First Point of Call' in our busy Service Department.

You will be required to work a 38hr week including Saturday mornings.

Duties will cover inbound call management, service inquiries, customer service bookings and all other service administration.

This is a great opportunity for someone with prior customer service experience to step into a busy and challenging role within a vibrant industry in a well-established company.

You will be a part of a great, long term team and take pleasure assisting families to enjoy their RV in the great Australian outdoors.

Requirements:

· Friendly, outgoing personality

· Positive attitude

· Self-motivated

· MUST have customer service experience

· Competent computer skills / Microsoft Office suite

· Able to manage competing demands

· Quick thinking, flexible and accurate
