What We're Looking For:
A friendly, professional phone manner and superb communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Basic computer skills (MS Office and other tools).
A can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
Experience in customer service or admin is a bonus, but not essential—enthusiasm and a willingness to learn go a long way!
