About you

We are seeking a driven and motivated full-time Customer Service Person to join our team. The position requires the successful applicant to have a minimum of 1 year experience within a similar role preferably within a warehouse or retail environment. The role is dynamic role of some warehouse and some customer service you will be versatile and willing to get the job done.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Entering Customer Orders

Taking customer enquiries

Managing Customer orders to ensure delivery in a timely manner

Receiving and unpacking stock deliveries

Maintaining stock rotations and stock storage

Entering Stock Received

Dealing with couriers in an efficient manner

Serving some walk in customers

General organisation and tidiness of the warehouse.

To be successful

Proven experience with stock management, handling, and stocktaking

Accurate record-keeping capabilities

Ability to communicate with clients & suppliers in a clear and concise manner

Possess a high level of accuracy with attention to detail

Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
