They are currently expanding their team and seeking skilled IT professionals across Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 support roles. Multiple roles available across all the levels.

About the Role

As part of our dynamic and customer-focused team, you will provide expert IT support and troubleshooting services to a diverse client base. Depending on your experience level, responsibilities may include:

• Providing technical support and troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve IT issues in a timely manner.
• Managing and maintaining Active Directory, Azure, VMware, and networking tools.
• Supporting and managing desktop computers, ensuring smooth operation and performance.
• Implementing security best practices and system optimisations.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless IT operations.
• Documenting technical procedures and providing clear communication to users.

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in Information Technology, with experience in an IT support role (L1, L2, or L3).
• Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in managing desktop computers in an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency with Active Directory, Azure, VMware, and networking tools.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and independently when required.
• Relevant IT certifications or qualifications are highly desirable.
