Working on a flexible 38-hour week roster, you will see yourself completing duties including, but not limited to:
Preparing and manufacturing meals, proteins, baked treats, and dehydrated products
Operating a Convotherm oven, dehydrator, and mixer/mincer
Managing and ordering stock required for production
Reporting stock costs and quantities
Maintaining a safe and hygienic environment according to HACCP standards
Contributing to new ideas, recipes, and products
Requirements
Qualified butcher
Cooking experience is ideal, but not essential
Excellent time management and prioritisation
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
