🌊 Love the beach? Passionate about keeping things running smoothly? Trigg Island Surf Life Saving Club (SLSC) is on the lookout for a super-organised, enthusiastic, and friendly Member and Community Administrator to keep our club ticking.

About the Role

As the backbone of our club’s daily operations, you’ll be the first point of contact for members, volunteers, and the public. You’ll keep everything flowing – from emails to facility coordination, membership management to compliance admin – all while embracing the surf lifesaving spirit.

What You’ll Be Doing

Handling club correspondence and other administrative duties

Serve as the primary contact for members, handling inquiries, onboarding, and registrations.

Managing bookings, Board meeting papers and assisting with financial activities (but not bookkeeping)

Supporting our amazing volunteers and surf lifesaving heroes

Arranging servicing and maintenance of equipment

Maintain and update POS inventory including ordering stock
