The Opportunity
Are you passionate about shaping the future of workplace learning? Join our newly formed Professional Development Team at Western Sydney University as a Workplace Learning and Development Specialist and be a key player in reimagining how we equip our staff for success.

We have two full-time, ongoing roles available where you'll design, implement, and manage impactful training programs that drive organisational effectiveness. You'll use your expertise in contemporary adult learning practices and a systems approach to training, delivering meaningful professional development to our diverse staff.

The work is varied, fast-paced and enriching. This a rare opportunity to be a driver in reimagining workplace learning, spanning the lifecycle of university staff. Expect a dynamic, creative environment with a strong sense of purpose, autonomy, and a commitment to your professional growth.

These roles are based at one of our vibrant campuses, with a requirement to spend time at our beautiful Hawkesbury campus.

About You
We're seeking motivated and energetic professionals with at least five years of diverse and contemporary workplace learning and development experience. You'll have a proven track record of applying a systems approach to training, delivering measurable outcomes.

Ideally, you’ll hold a TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or equivalent, and demonstrate ongoing professional development in adult learning. You’re someone who thrives in a service-driven environment, with excellent communication and organisational skills. You're passionate about providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively across teams.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 8 $138,029 to $153,227 p.a. (comprising Salary of $116,636 to $129,479 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
