Position Summary
Operating one day a week, of your choice, the role will involve presenting the uniqueness of the IFM system, and why this is a crucial process in providing not just cleaner, but healthier environments. Building long term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
· Build market share by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
· Strengthen relationships with new clients and ensure their needs are met.
· Assist in refining and implementing sales processes to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
· Work closely with internal stakeholders to create a seamless customer experience.
· Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation and follow-ups.
What We’re Looking For
· 5+ years of experience in sales, ideally within the child care, medical centre fields
· A driven professional with a strong ability to generate new business and meet sales targets.
· A natural people person who thrives on building long-term client relationships.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to contribute to process improvements.
· Ability to work effectively independently with full team support
