🌟 Join a Growing, Values-Driven Team Making a Real Difference
Manage Mode is a proudly WA-owned and operated NDIS Plan Management provider dedicated to supporting people living with disability. At our core, we offer administrative and financial support to help our clients navigate their NDIS funding with confidence and ease.
We're a fun, friendly, and forward-thinking team that believes in doing the right thing — for our clients, our staff, and our community. We value respect, empathy, and adaptability, and we’re proud to play a role in helping others build capacity, independence, and wellbeing.
As we continue to grow (with expansion into QLD and NSW currently happening), we’re looking for someone who shares our passion to join us on this journey.
🧩 About the Role
As part of our day-to-day operations team, you'll play a key role in supporting our NDIS participants by ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely processing of their invoices.
Your responsibilities will include:
Reviewing and assessing invoices on behalf of participants;
Ensuring all payment requests comply with the NDIS Price Guide and each client's individual plan;
Liaising with providers to clarify billing details when needed;
Responding to client and provider enquiries via phone and email;
Assisting with onboarding new participants.
You’ll be actively involved in communicating with a wide range of people in the NDIS network – from participants and families to support coordinators and providers – so a warm, confident, and solutions-focused approach is a must.
📚 Full training is provided, and we prioritise open communication and support to ensure both our team and our clients achieve the best outcomes.
📍 Location
Our head office is based on the Terrace in Perth, WA, but we also embrace flexibility with working from home Thursday's (if desired) as the role is primarily phone and email-based.
✅ About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Detail-oriented and diligent in resolving queries;
Experience in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general admin tasks;
Comfortable learning new systems and tech;
A confident communicator who enjoys helping people;
Passionate about working in a people-first role and making a difference;
Familiar with the NDIS (or willing to learn quickly);
Positive, proactive, and approachable.
🎉 What You'll Get
A competitive salary with clear performance goals and growth pathways
Real opportunities for career development as the company grows
A supportive and down-to-earth team culture
The chance to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives
