The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with experience in international freight who enjoys problem-solving, working in a fast-paced environment, and delivering top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of key customer accounts, ensuring smooth end-to-end freight operations
• Provide timely and accurate updates on shipments, bookings, and invoicing
• Liaise with international offices, suppliers, and stakeholders to coordinate freight movements
• Ensure compliance with Australian Customs, DAFF, and regulatory guidelines
• Prepare monthly KPI reports and maintain strong customer relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve processes and service delivery

What We're Looking For

• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain
• Knowledge of Australian Customs and DAFF regulations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment
• Proficiency in Cargowise, ICS, and MS Office
• A proactive, solutions-driven attitude with a team-player mindset
