We're seeking an experienced and dedicated Traffic Management Team Leader/Supervisor, who is ready to step up and join our team based Cheltenham as the Traffic Management Co-ordinator.

You will work with our clients and our Team Leaders on deliverying all necessary requirements for every job.

From liaising with the client on their site needs, booking it into the system, rostering the team, preparing Jobbriefs, SWMS, and MOA applications, organising TMPs and both company and staff accreditation and more......

Our priority is to ensure the safety of everyone involved in our traffic management jobs, Safety First every time!

Duties may include :

Perform all tasks associated with traffic management for works or events

Provide all administration required to deliver on jobs

Implement and monitor operational Traffic Management Plans

Check vehicle pre-start checks

Assist with loading and unloading of vehicles with signage and equipment

Complete site hazard assessments, SWMS/JSA's and implement control measures to suit the site

OHS Reports - on site hazards and near misses

Monitor traffic behavior with the team leaders to ensure safety is maintained at all times

To be able to give clear instructions & lead by example

Required :

Excellent relationship skills

Demonstrated leadership skills

Preferred current Traffic Control Tickets

White cards or equivalent

First Aid certificate with CPR

Hold a valid driver's license & willing to travel

Own transport

Physically fit

Work within a team environment
