As they grow into the next phase of their evolution they are looking for a highly experienced senior Revit drafter who can lead projects and mentor more junior drafters. Whilst they would employ a senior technical drafter, an opportunity also exists for the successful candidate to take responsibility in leading the companies CAD systems and processes and acting as a BIM manager across larger projects. The right individual could also potentially join the leadership team and contribute to business strategy and growth and in time gain equity in this flourishing business. Working across commercial building structures they have an ever growing Architectural client base, in addition they work extensively in industrial, infrastructure and large warehouse structural engineering.

This position would perfectly suit either a current Structural CAD manager or a highly driven and talented senior structural designer.
