The Role: Full Ownership of Stage 2 – Design Meets Budget

• Lead live, client-facing design sessions using a powerful real-time 3D design and pricing platform
• Collaborate with Renovation Consultants who hand you a clear project brief
• Arrive with the existing home layout already modelled, and begin designing the renovation live with the client
• Map out layout, structural flow, and instantly show how design decisions affect the budget
• Manage up to 3 email-based revision rounds, followed by a final live design session
• Handover to our Building Designer and Interior Designer for technical detailing and selections

No prior experience in the platform required – full training will be provided

They leave the session confident, inspired, and ready to move forward — not weeks later, but right there in the first meeting.

What We Offer

• Expected bonus: $40,000–$45,000 per year
• OTE: Up to $180,000/year

• Base Salary: $110,000
• Car Allowance: $20,000 per year
• Plus Superannuation
• Bonus Structure: $250 per project conversion from Stage 2 → Stage 3

As we grow, this role will evolve into a team leadership position — overseeing future Stage 2 designers and refining systems.
