As the Office Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day functioning of this high performing & busy Real Estate office. From reception support to systems coordination and staff onboarding, you’ll be the glue that keeps the office running smoothly.
The role:
- Managing general office duties to ensure seamless daily operations
- Providing reception coverage during breaks and leave
- Coordinating onboarding/offboarding and maintaining staff systems
- Managing IT support and liaising with external providers
- Maintaining office supplies, appearance, and organisation
- Coordinating internal events, birthdays, and staff functions
- Managing reception staff and supporting the wider team with admin tasks
The Person
You’re polished, personable, and highly organised. You love creating order, supporting others, and solving problems before they arise. You’re tech-savvy, proactive, and know how to keep a team and office humming.
You’ll also bring:
- Certificate of registration is a MUST
- Real Estate experience preferred
- Previous experience in office coordination, admin or EA/PA roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence with tech and basic troubleshooting
- Great attention to detail and time management
- A professional and positive presence in the office
