Qualifications & Requirements

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat, or email
- Provide 1st-level Helpdesk support and triage incoming tickets
- Follow up with customers, updating their status and information
- Assist with light office housekeeping duties
