The Role
This is a hands-on Level 1–2 hybrid IT support position working on-site at a school campus. You will be the first line of support for staff and students, ensuring the smooth operation of a diverse IT environment that includes Apple and Windows devices, AV systems, and classroom technologies. From imaging PC fleets to resolving walk-up queries and maintaining AV equipment, you’ll play a key role in enabling seamless digital learning experiences.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting and supporting staff and student devices (iPads, Apple TVs, Windows PCs)
- Imaging and deploying classroom PCs in batches
- Managing user accounts via Microsoft tools
- Providing classroom AV support and general IT helpdesk duties
About You
You’re a capable and hands-on IT generalist who enjoys solving problems and helping others. Whether it’s setting up devices or managing Microsoft accounts, you’re detail-oriented and reliable. You thrive in supportive teams, enjoy varied workdays, and align with the values of a Christian community.
Skills & Experience
- Certificate IV, Diploma or Degree in IT (or equivalent experience)
- Strong troubleshooting skills in both Apple and Windows environments
- Experience with imaging and deploying multiple devices
- Familiarity with AV systems (highly regarded)
- Prior experience in education is helpful but not essential
- Microsoft user management and O365 support capabilities
- Jamf Pro or similar MDM exposure preferred
- Must be an active Christian and willing to participate in the spiritual life of the school
