Your Role:
As part of our team, you'll be providing remote helpdesk support from our vibrant Eagle Farm office, as well as onsite support at our diverse range of clients across Brisbane. You'll be the go-to person for troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and ensuring our clients' IT systems run smoothly.
What You'll Do:
Remote Helpdesk Support: Offer timely and efficient remote assistance to clients, addressing their IT concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Onsite Support: Visit client locations to provide hands-on support, ensuring their IT infrastructure is optimized and functioning flawlessly.
System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance checks and updates to keep systems secure and up-to-date.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of support activities, solutions provided, and system configurations.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to share knowledge and develop innovative solutions.

Requirements:
Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient oral and written communication skills in English are essential.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in a technical service role is required.
MSP Experience: Experience in Managed Service Provider (MSP) settings is highly valued.
Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Demonstrated strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Windows OS.
Microsoft 365 Expertise: Familiarity with Microsoft 365 cloud technologies, including Office 365, Exchange, Azure AD, SharePoint/OneDrive, and Intune.
Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with both clients and team members.
Proactive and Independent Work: Effective proactive and independent work capabilities, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Task Management: Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Time Management: Exceptional time management and proven troubleshooting skills.
Professionalism: Exhibit professionalism and a positive attitude while delivering excellent customer service experiences to clients.
Passion for Technology: A genuine passion for technology and a commitment to staying abreast of the latest industry developments.
Driver's License: Possession of a current driver's license.
Linux and MacOS: A basic understanding of Linux and MacOS.
Phone Handling: Confidence in handling phone calls.
Ticket Management: Ability to manage and complete support tickets in a timely manner.
Scripting Skills: Basic DOS and/or PowerShell scripting.
Networking Knowledge: A solid understanding of networking and its functionalities.
