A values led and purpose driven Not-for-Profit organisation based in Sydney is seeking a Workday Data & Reporting Analyst to join their team. You must be based in Sydney and be able to work in the office 3 days per week.

The Role:
Leverage your expertise in Workday to be part of a data migration project. Ideally, you will have prior experience being involved end-to-end in Workday HCM implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Stakeholder collaboration to take requirements pertaining to data and reporting regarding People processes.
• Understand data sources and be involved in data migration to Workday, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
• Build reports utilising Workday reporting tools to provide insights to enable data-driven decision making - including HR, Operations and Payroll analytics and insights.
• Provide support and training as required

Your Skillset:

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, ideally having been involved in data migration projects involving Workday HCM.
• Proven expertise in data reporting and analytics utilising Workday reporting tools.
• Strong Excel for data validation and wrangling
• Knowledge of iChris payroll & payroll reporting
• Passion for telling a story and providing strategic insights through data

You must have Australian PR or Citizenship to be considered for this role.
