About the Client:
Government agency tasked with making life easier, accessible, and equitable for thousands of individuals and families across Australia. Currently seeking for a talented Data and Reporting Analyst to join their busy team for a casual temporary assignment until 30th June 2025 with potential to extend.
About the Role
As a Data and Reporting Analyst, you will capture detailed reporting requirements for the business and will assist others in sharing insights regarding their services and programs. In addition, your key duties are as follows:
- Manage data and reporting insights
- Review data collection, quality and reporting processes
- Analyse data, identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyse intersectionality data and contribute to holistic reporting for the organisation.
- Test insights and co-design recommendations with OAAI teams.
- Engage other data and reporting functions, sharing information, tools and systems.
- Convert information into consumable data for the Agency’s Enterprise Data Warehouse.
- Design, create and distribute accessible reporting and information
- Develop innovative initiatives and contribute to business improvement strategies
About You
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, particularly in the disability industry
- Experience with requirements gathering, reporting development, and testing
- Strong background in using a variety of reporting systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to engage and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
