We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst - Reporting professional to join our team on a permanent basis.

About The Role
As a Data Analyst - Reporting, you'll play a critical role in providing actionable insights to inform business decisions, drive strategy, and improve operational efficiency. You'll develop and maintain regular and ad hoc reporting to support divisional strategy, analyse data to identify trends and opportunities, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service. If you're a detail-oriented, results-driven, and communicative individual with a passion for data analysis, we want to hear from you!

To Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics)
• At least 2 year’ experience in a business analyst or data analytics role within the Financial Services industry
• Proven analytical thinking capability to interpret complex data, identify patterns, and inform judgements and solutions
• Ability to utilise AI techniques to develop efficient reporting processes
• Ability to interpret complex information, extract meaningful insights, and evaluate options for decision-making
• Excellent communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact, and influence
• Experience using Power Bi or other data visualisation software
• Proficient using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, programming languages such as VBA, SQL, and Python
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and tools
• Experience with data storytelling and presentation
