Kickon Group are seeking a passionate People & Culture Manager to join our Victorian based head office team.

Someone who can live and breathe the purpose and values of our company and assist in driving performance, and make sure our people feel supported, heard, and inspired — from front-of-house staff to venue managers and support office crew.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead all People & Culture functions across the group – recruitment, onboarding, performance, engagement, compliance, and offboarding.

Support and develop our venue leaders to build high-performing, values-led teams.

Champion our company values and drive cultural initiatives that stick.

Collaborate with operations to identify talent gaps and workforce planning needs.

Own and evolve our HR systems, policies, and best practices.

Lead diversity, inclusion, wellbeing, and development programs.

Be the go-to for all things people-related – coaching, conflict resolution, and everything in between.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a senior HR/People & Culture role – ideally in hospitality, retail, or a fast-paced multi-site environment.

Strong understanding of Australian HR legislation and best practice.

Approachable and trustworthy, with excellent communication and coaching skills.

Strategic mindset with hands-on ability – you’re just as comfortable building a people strategy as you are jumping into a venue to support.

Experience with HRIS platforms (we use Employment Hero) is a bonus.
