Why You Will Be Excited About This Role
Transform your career while transforming a business. As our new People & Culture Manager, you'll lead a pivotal integration project, bringing a fourth brand under our successful group banner—creating a seamless cultural experience where talented teams feel part of something bigger. This isn't just another HR role; it's your opportunity to architect the human side of business transformation while fostering leadership excellence and supporting teams to make a real difference.
Your expertise will directly impact how people experience joining our group, ensuring they feel valued, connected, and motivated during a significant change. After successfully navigating this integration, you'll transition into our central People & Culture team, working alongside skilled specialists who support all four businesses with best-in-class people practices.

  • You'll establish connections across all four businesses, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to leaders at all levels
  • You'll gain rare exposure to multiple business models and cultures within a single role
  • You'll build career pathways that could lead to senior People & Culture leadership positions as our group continues to expand
  • You'll drive strategic HR initiatives that shape culture, engagement, and long-term organisational success

Why You Will Like Working Here
Imagine collaborating with a team where remote engagement isn't just supported—it's mastered. You'll join a group where experienced, skilled professionals have created a remote work culture that's second to none. While many companies claim to value work-life balance, we've built systems and practices that actually deliver it.
You'll appreciate working with colleagues who genuinely care about client outcomes while still maintaining a sense of fun and camaraderie. Our culture fosters trust, open communication, and a strong sense of shared purpose, creating a workplace where people feel valued and supported. This balance creates an environment where serious work gets done without taking ourselves too seriously—a refreshing approach for a seasoned People & Culture professional looking for authenticity in their next role.

  • Fully remote role with the technology and practices to make it truly effective
  • A purpose-driven group that provides life-changing allied health and therapy services across Australia
  • A collaborative culture that values your expertise while encouraging continuous learning and innovation
  • Work alongside senior leaders who understand the strategic value of People & Culture

What You Will Be Working On
Your first mission will be leading the people-focused aspects of integrating our fourth brand into the group structure. This isn't about simply aligning HR policies—it's about creating a sense of belonging while preserving what makes each business special. You'll be:

  • Creating communication frameworks that ensure transparency throughout the integration process
  • Partnering with business leaders to identify and preserve cultural elements that drive the brand’s success
  • Developing engagement initiatives that bring people together across geographical and brand boundaries
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders to understand pain points and opportunities
  • Leading HR operations, including employee contracts, transitions, compliance, and governance
  • Designing training, development, and performance management programs that equip employees and leaders with the tools to grow and succeed
  • Overseeing remuneration and benefits frameworks to balance internal equity, market competitiveness, and employee retention
  • Providing expert guidance on industrial relations, workplace negotiations, and best-practice change management

Once the integration is complete, you'll transition to our central People & Culture team, where you'll leverage your cross-business knowledge to support ongoing initiatives that strengthen our employer brand and enhance employee experience across all four businesses.

What Type Of Person Will Be Successful
We're looking for a People & Culture professional who thrives on complexity and sees opportunity in bringing diverse teams together. You don't just manage change—you're energised by it. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Experience in leading cultural aspects of business integration or significant organisational change within regulated sectors like NDIS and My Aged Care
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust quickly across different business environments
  • A collaborative approach that balances listening with decisive action
  • Creative problem-solving skills for addressing unique cultural challenges
  • Skilled in implementing and optimising HR systems for compliance and efficiency across multiple business environments
  • Excellent communication abilities, particularly in remote contexts
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience in People & Culture roles

If you've been curious about expanding your HR toolkit with skills in Organisational Development, Culture Integration, or Employee Experience, this role offers the perfect opportunity.
