Leading RTO located in the Southeastern suburbs of Melbourne is seeking a motivated and energetic administrative assistant to join our busy team.

Duties will include but may not be limited to:

Enrolments

Student completion

Employer Liaison

Student and client support (pre and post-training)

Data entry / other general administrative duties as required

Fielding general enquiries

To be considered for the role, you will possess:

Experience in aXcelerate or similar student management system (desirable)

Knowledge and experience in working with RTOs (desirable)

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a deadline-driven environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook

Ability to work independently

Experience in an RTO environment or similar would be favourable, however, if you have the right attitude, are keen to learn and want to get a start in the education industry, this could be the workplace for you.

Part-time hours can be negotiated and flexible to your needs, with an hourly rate between $28 - $33, depending on experience.
