Your Role
- Strategic Leadership: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the loyalty programs, driving engagement and retention.
- Campaign Execution: Develop and manage always-on and tactical loyalty campaigns across email, CRM, website, and partner platforms.
- Customer-Centric Innovation: Enhance segmentation, personalisation, and promotions to drive repeat bookings.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Sales, CX, Reservations, and VIP Concierge teams to integrate loyalty into customer touchpoints.
- Performance & Insights: Use data-driven insights to optimise loyalty initiatives, supporting lead generation and sales objectives.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years' experience in loyalty marketing, lifecycle campaign strategy, CRM, and marketing automation.
- Proven ownership of loyalty programs (not just supporting roles).
- Strong CRM expertise, ideally with Salesforce, Marketo, Acoustic, or similar platforms.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- B2C experience in travel, retail, telco, or financial services with large-scale loyalty programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work across marketing, content, sales, and operations.
- Hands-on execution combined with strategic planning capabilities.
- Project management and reporting skills (Power BI a plus).
The Working Model
- Sydney CBD-based role, 4 days in the office per week.
- Some interstate and international travel may be required.
- Flexibility for early morning/evening calls with global teams.
