About the role

We are a PropTech company with a unique finance offering that is revolutionising the property industry. With offices in Melbourne Sydney and Perth we are seeking a proactive and highly organised Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and support a growing team. The role will be based in our Melbourne CBD office and is ideally suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong leadership skills, and enjoys streamlining processes to make an impact.

What you'll be doing

• Managing and supervising the operations team to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality services to our clients
• Developing and implementing operational strategies to optimise workflow and drive continuous improvement
• Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our properties, including coordinating repairs, renovations, and refurbishments
• Monitoring budgets, costs, and key performance indicators to ensure the financial viability of our operations
• Liaising with clients and key stakeholders to address concerns and maintain strong relationships
• Identifying and implementing technological solutions to enhance our operational efficiency
• Providing leadership, mentoring, and development opportunities for the operations team

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in a similar operations management role, preferably within the real estate, project management, volume builder, conveyancing or mortgage broker industry
• Proven track record of managing and leading a team to achieve operational excellence
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
• Proficient in using technology and data analysis to drive operational improvements
