What You’ll Be Doing:

• Attending open inspections and key property appointments, including photo shoots, styling, and building & pest inspections
• Engaging in prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation
• Managing and nurturing buyer relationships through proactive follow-ups
• Maintaining an up-to-date buyer database
• Assisting with marketing initiatives, including mail-outs, letterbox drops, and door-knocking
• Liaising with vendors and buyers to ensure smooth transactions

What We’re Looking For:

• 6-12 months of real estate experience preferred
• Certificate of Registration (COR) or Real Estate License required
• A self-motivated and results-driven individual
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
