We’re seeking a confident, results-focused Sales Associate to support sales, engage buyers, and build their own client base. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work closely with the Principal to list and sell properties, achieving and exceeding KPIs
• Proactively prospect and generate leads to build your own network
• Conduct open homes and private inspections
• Maintain and manage the client database
• Handle buyer inquiries and manage follow-ups
• Attend photoshoots and key appointments as required
• Delegate tasks to the Team Assistant to streamline operations

What We’re Looking For:

• High energy, ambition, and a strong drive to succeed
• A Real Estate Certificate of Registration or License (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous sales experience in real estate (preferred)
• Outstanding communication & negotiation skills
• Immaculate presentation to cater to a high-end clientele
• Strong knowledge of the Sydney real estate market
• A car and valid driver’s license

Role Details:

• Full-time role, Monday - Saturday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM) with a weekday off
• Lower North Shore location
