A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled Sales Trust Accountant Team Leader to join their dynamic team. In this role, you’ll manage a small, highly experienced team of trust accountants, as well as an offshore team. You will collaborate closely with the CFO, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with business goals.

The Role includes, but will not be limited to...

• Managing Sales trust accounts
• Marketing reconciliations and weekly advertising draw down
• End-of-month and other monthly reporting
• Auditing and compliance
• General administration
• Agent commissions
• Overseeing and supporting our inhouse and offshore finance team

Required

• Previous residential trust accounting experience min 4+ years
• Agents Representative Certificate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passionate about giving first-rate customer service
• Exceptional attention to detail & High level of organizational skills and able to multi task
• Excellent time management skills
• Current Driver’s License and reliable car
• Must have a positive attitude
• Advanced computer skills - Microsoft suite, Box+Dice (preferred but not essential)
• Able to work well within a team
• The ability to follow instructions and take initiative
• Have strong leadership skills
