We’re at an exhilarating stage in our journey and are looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our expanding team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading and inspiring a dynamic team of 10-12 outbound B2B Sales Executives. You’ll drive performance, exceed sales targets, and shape the future of a high-performing team, mixing seasoned professionals and eager trainees who will thrive under your leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example: Be present on the sales floor, providing hands-on coaching to drive success.
- Inspire & Motivate: Use daily meetings, role-playing, and coaching sessions to push your team to peak performance.
- Personalised Development: Create tailored training plans to boost each team member’s confidence and sales skills.
- Recruit & Onboard: Help build a winning team by recruiting top talent and delivering solid inductions and training.
- Weekly Check-ins: Review performance, track call volumes, address challenges, and keep the momentum high.
- Skills Boosting: Deliver structured training in scripts, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Growth & Feedback: Identify areas for improvement, offer feedback, and motivate team members to develop their skills.
- Team Collaboration: Work with leadership to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and minimize costs.
- Performance Tracking: Report weekly on sales performance and team achievements, driving continuous improvement.
- Cross-department Synergy: Communicate effectively across teams to ensure alignment on sales and installation goals.
Essential Experience & Skills:
- 2+ years leading high-performance sales teams
- Proven success in managing outbound sales teams
- Results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets
- Strong coaching and development skills
- Excellent communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)
