About the Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive product sales, and strengthen our market presence on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities:
•Conduct market research and provide insights to develop tailored marketing strategies.
•Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
•Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
•Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to identify new opportunities.
•Develop engaging content for social media, email marketing, and other platforms.
•Build and manage relationships with influencers and industry partners to enhance brand visibility.
•Track and analyse marketing performance, making data-driven optimizations as needed.

Qualifications & Experience
•A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
•At least 3 years of experience in a marketing role.
•Strong expertise in content marketing and social media marketing.
•Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
•Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
