We are looking for our new dynamic superstar to have international logistics & customs experience, along with a great customer service focused to join our dynamic team within the Meat Sales Division based in Perth CBD office. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced business environment, delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and partners. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, this role will be responsible for export related documentation, accurate inventory management, administration support for the Meat Sales Division as well as general assistance in the broader business. The role focuses on international logistics so experience with this is a must have skill.

About the Role

Liaise with customers locally and internationally for stock allocations and order fulfilment,

Enter and process orders accurately in our in house system,

Prepare and manage export documentation,

Monitor and track shipments,

Assisting with arranging export orders for shipment,

Oversee inventory management,

Follow up on outstanding payments,

Manage relationships with shipping lines, freight forwarders and government agencies,

Providing administration support to the sales, logistics, production planning and inventory management operations.

About you - you'll have

Export documentation experience with International logistics and customs experience.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

A proficient user and skilled in Microsoft programs, and the ability to adapt to other business-related software.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Good planning and organising skills.
