About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating property and asset maintenance, including routine inspections and contractor management
• Overseeing lease agreements and liaising with landlords and real estate agents
• Managing minor office fit-outs and refurbishments to enhance workplace efficiency
• Ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations
• Supporting financial processes, including invoice approvals and reporting
• Engaging with stakeholders to drive operational excellence

About You

• Demonstrated experience in property or facilities management
• Strong understanding of asset maintenance, leasing, and contractor coordination
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI preferred)
• WA driver's licence (required)
