You’ll work alongside the National Operations Manager, getting involved in epic projects like Dark Mofo, Comic-Con, PAX, media collaborations, and more. Leading & inspiring the team to deliver top-tier service, every shift.
Bringing fresh ideas to elevate the guest experience and keep the venue buzzing.
Keeping budgets, stock, and costs on point—because great service starts with great planning.
Running the show day-to-day, making sure everything flows smoothly.
Keeping the venue in top shape—clean, compliant, and always bringing the wow factor.
Training & developing the team to be the best in the biz.
