People2people have partnered with a highly regarded private education institution, based in the northern suburbs to source a highly experienced People & Culture Manager to take on a standalone role within a focused and supportive leadership team. Focused on providing a well-balanced schooling experience where they can inspire each individual student to truly explore and discover their potential.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Business Manager, you will have accountability and responsibility for both strategy and operational support within the institution focused on the full employee lifecycle and the wellbeing of students. This will be an exciting challenge with the opportunity to influence and drive positive change starting with systems, processes, policies, procedures while assisting in developing the people strategy moving forward.

Selection criteria:

• Tertiary HR qualification coupled with proven HR Management experience
• HR Generalist experience – supporting and managing the full employee lifecycle
• Previous experience in strategic input and influence
• Proven IR / ER experience essential
• Stakeholder liaising and management skills – both internally and externally
• Reporting, budgets and project / initiative development and delivery
• Experience within the education or related industry sectors highly advantageous
