Qualifications & experience

Salon Experience an Advantage

Customer Service Reception Experience Essential

Front of House or Appointment / Time Management an advantage

Ability to oversee and supervise apprentices

Microsoft experience and computer confidence an advantage

Calm and Capable - this is an on your feet moving (gracefully) role for a mature minded person

Available to work some Saturdays and late nights

Luxury Customer Service

Front of House Reception in Busy Hair Salon

Appointments and Time Management

Admin Support to Salon Leaders

Communicate and assist Salon Manager and Leadership team

Point of Sale and Retail

Oversee busy team of Hairdressers and Apprentices

Assist with Reports and Marketing using salon computer software
