Looking for your next career move? We are excited to announce a fantastic full-time opportunity for a Property Management Associate to join our expanding, dynamic and supportive property management team in Lismore

In this role, you will manage your own portfolio of investment properties with the support and guidance from a team of experienced Portfolio Managers plus ongoing training. The competitive salary package includes award rates of pay, car allowance, mobile, superannuation and bonus incentives.

Some Of What You Will Be Doing:

Leasing properties and marketing homes

Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections

Building strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants

Organising repairs and maintenance

Conducting appraisals and contributing to business development

Managing rental arrears

What We Are Looking For In An Applicant:

A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

A team player with great communication skills

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Confidence in negotiation and problem-solving

Solid computer skills

A current Real Estate Licence or Assistant Agent Certificate (or willingness to obtain, as we can help with this)
